Ceftizoximesodium (ceftizoximesodium) is the third generation of cephalosporin antibiotics developed by Fujisawa Corporation of Japan, and was first listed in Japan in 1982, the trade name is ceftizox, and its chemical name is (6R,7R)-7-[(Z )-2-(2-amino-4-thiazolyl)-2-(methoxyimino)acetamido]-8-oxo-5-thiabicyclo[4.2.0]oct-2-ene-2- Sodium carboxylate has the characteristics of broad spectrum, high efficiency, enzyme resistance, and can pass through the blood-brain barrier. It is stable to most of the broad-spectrum β-lactamases produced by G+ and G-, and has strong antibacterial activity against Enterobacteriaceae bacteria such as Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, and Proteus mirabilis, and is widely distributed in the body. In various tissues and body fluids, including pleural effusion, ascites, bile, gallbladder wall, cerebrospinal fluid, prostatic fluid and bone tissue can reach therapeutic concentrations. Pelvic infections, sepsis, skin and soft tissue infections, bone and joint infections, meningitis due to Streptococcus pneumoniae or Haemophilus influenzae, and uncomplicated gonorrhea.
PharmacodynamicsThe antibacterial spectrum is similar to that of cefotaxime. It has antibacterial effect on some gram-positive bacteria and strong effect on gram-negative bacteria. Its sensitive strains include Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus, Streptococcus pneumoniae, Haemophilus, Neisseria, Escherichia coli, Pneumonia Lebacillus, Serratia, Citrobacter, various types of Proteus, Typhoid Bacillus, Shigella, Peptostreptococcus, Peptococcus, Clostridium, etc. Some Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Aerogenes, Acinetobacter, etc. are moderately sensitive to it; some Gram-negative bacteria that are resistant to first-generation cephalosporins and gentamicin are sensitive to it; Streptococcus faecalis and Staphylococcus that are resistant to new penicillin Not sensitive to this product.
