Product Description

Racecadotril is an inhibitor that selectively and reversibly inhibits, thereby protecting endogenous from degradation and prolonging the physiological activity of endogenous  in the digestive tract . In peripheral tissues, racecadotril in IZ1 was rapidly hydrolyzed to the more potent  inhibitor acetophene. Inhibition o by acetophene increases opioid utilization, activates opioid receptors in the gut, and leads to a decrease in mucosal levels of cAMP, thereby reducing the excess secretion of water and electrolytes. Moreover, the drug acts on peripheral , does not affect the activity of the central nervous system, and has no obvious effect on gastrointestinal motility and basal secretion of the intestinal tract. It has a rapid effect and is safe to take. In addition, Racecadotril can be taken with food, water or breast milk for convenient application.
This product is white or off-white crystalline powder.
This product is easily soluble in chloroform, N,N-dimethylformamide or dimethyl sulfoxide, soluble in methanol, slightly soluble in absolute ethanol, almost insoluble in water or 0.1mol/L hydrochloric acid .
Melting pointThe melting point of this product (Appendix VI of Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2005 edition) is 77~81ºC.
Specific rotation: Take this product, accurately weigh it, add methanol to dissolve and quantitatively dilute it to make a solution containing about 10mg per 1ml, and measure it according to the law (Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2005 Edition, Part II, Appendix VIE), the specific rotation is 0°.
